Booking Information

  • All applications for lets must be made on the appropriate booking form or online application form.  The form should be completed with the NAME, ADDRESS and TELEPHONE NUMBER of the person responsible for the let.  Further information can be obtained from the Centre Manager, Lisa Nicholls, on 01349 368 408 or 07931 689 810;
  • Lessees should include any time required for “setting up” and “clearing up” in the booking, please contact us if you have any specific requirements;
  • No person under the age of 18 years will be permitted to make application for the use of the Maryburgh Amenities Centre;
  • No bookings will be accepted for “merchandise” sales;
  • Maryburgh Amenities Centre is an “Enclosed Space” in terms of the Smoking, Health and Social Care (Scotland) Act 2005.  It is not permitted to smoke or allow smoking to take place at any time within the Centre.  Throughout the duration of your let it shall be your responisiblity to ensure the requirements for the aforementioned Act are met;
  • If you have to cancel a booking, please give the Center Manager as much notice as possible.  Cancellation up to one week before the day of the Let will not incur a charge.  However, the following charges many be applied to late cancellations:
    • A cancellation made:
      • between one week and three days before the day of let – 50% of the normal charge for the Let as booked;
      • between three days before the day of Let – the normal charge for the Let as booked;
